Derek is currently woking in a Tree Company that provide tree Assessment and tree work services and vocational training. He is an certified ISA arborist with TRAQ, ISA Certified Tree Worker (CTW) Climber Specialist and CTW Evaluator. 

 

A strong believer in occupational safety, he obtained Professional Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety from OUHK LiPace. He is always looking to his colleague with liked minded on spreading of what is occupational safety and outline safety work practices as a safety trainer.

 

He is also a Cerifited NLP Practitoner and NLP Coach. He applies NLP to achieve work-orientated goals, such as improved productivity or job progression, and enhance the effectiveness of team-building, such as employee engagement and collaboration.

 

He enjoys competing in tree competition and rope-rescue activities.
