Q: How do I make a booking?

Completed the booking form upon clicking "Book now" in the Courses and Pricing page and we will link you up with the trainer as soon as possible.
Q: How do I make payment?
A: Payment will be between trainer and trainee, Lantra Asia will not accept any payment made through the booking form.
Q: Can I book trainers from other country?
A: First off, upon booking we will redirect you the the trainer in your respective country, if you like to engage trainers who is not in your country please do contact them through their email. As a procedure for Lantra Asia, all personal enquire will be made know to the trainers in their country, if trainee still insist of trainers from overseas please do bear in mind the travel course and additional charges.
Q: Do i bring my own equipment for the course? Do I get a pay less if I use my own equipment?
A: This can be arranged with the trainers directly when they send you the confirmation for the course. As there is an inspection aspect in the course, trainers are trained to check whether the equipment are suitable to be used.
Q: If I failed to be competent during the course is there a shorter or cheaper alternative to book for the same course?
A: As of now there is no such courses, if you are yet to be competent, you will have to re-register for the whole course again.
